Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: 

Most orders ship the next business day after the order is placed. We ship using primarily UPS and USPS shipping carriers. "Free Shipping" selection will be shipped via the fastest/cheapest option available at the time. All International orders are subject to additional local Duties and Taxes.

All carriers are no longer offering refunds for expedited shipments that do not arrive on time. Revelry Supply will not refund expedited shipments that are delayed due to carrier error or congestion.

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed. You will also receive a second tracking notification email when a label has been created for your shipment and it is ready to leave our door. 

Please be sure to double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an error is made, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist. However, once the package is in transit, we may not be able to correct the address.
